Spree With Me: Reading the Forested Landscape

Take a walk along the 1.8-mile Parcours Trail and discover how the forest around you tells the story of what came before. This program invites families to explore the natural landscape while learning to read the clues it holds about the past. It's a chance to combine outdoor activity with nature education in a meaningful way. As part of the Fall Hiking Spree program, participants earn spree credit toward rewards while enjoying the hike. The activity runs for about 90 minutes and welcomes all ages. If you have questions before heading out, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (they're open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.).
