Spree With Me: Quarry Hike

Kick off the Fall Hiking Spree with a guided nature walk led by an experienced naturalist. This outing takes you through Deep Lock Quarry, where you'll explore the area's scenic landscape and learn about its geological past. It's a wonderful way to experience the outdoors while gaining insight into what makes this corner of the park so special. This program welcomes families of all ages and runs for about 90 minutes. If you have questions before heading out, the Nature Realm Visitors Center is happy to help—just give them a call. The hike counts as a credit toward the Fall Hiking Spree if you're participating in that program series.
