Senior Cycling at FT/Middlebury Trailhead
This is a straightforward event page with clear, factual details about the program. Here's the description:
Get out on two wheels with other active seniors who enjoy exploring the local trail system. The group meets to chat and decide together which route to take, how far you'll go, and what pace works for everyone before heading out. You'll cover roughly 10 to 12 miles at a relaxed speed of about 10 to 12 mph, so it's manageable for steady riders. Bring your own bike and helmet—a helmet is required to participate. Arriving 15 minutes early helps with check-in.
This outing is organized by South Street Ministries in partnership with Summit Metro Parks. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with others who share your interest in cycling. If you have questions before the ride, the Nature Realm Visitors Center is happy to help.
