Self-Guided Story Trail: In the Tall, Tall Grass

This self-guided story trail brings a beloved children's book to life as families explore the 0.6-mile Bluebird Trail. You and your kids will move through the natural setting while following the narrative of "In the Tall, Tall Grass," combining outdoor activity with storytelling. It's a wonderful way to get some fresh air and movement while engaging with literature in nature. The trail is available throughout the month of August at the Nature Center in Liberty Park, giving you flexibility to visit at a time that works for your family. This experience works for all ages, making it accessible whether you have toddlers or older children.
