Self-Guided: Spooky Scavenger Hunt

Your family can enjoy a festive scavenger hunt along the Black Bear Trail at the nature center. Kids and adults will search for a mix of spooky and regular items as they explore the first section of this 2.1-mile trail. Once you've completed your list, bring it to the front desk inside the nature center to claim a prize. This is a drop-in activity, so there's no need to register in advance. The hunt welcomes visitors of all ages and runs during the afternoon on October 11. It's a great way to get outside, enjoy some seasonal fun, and spend time together in nature. If you have questions before your visit, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.).
