Owl Prowl

Your family is invited to join a naturalist guide for an evening adventure along the peaceful Seneca Trail at the Nature Realm. This 1.4-mile walk takes place under the moonlight, giving you a real chance to listen for and spot owls in their natural habitat. The guide will teach you to recognize common owl calls, understand how these birds have adapted to hunt at night, and learn safe ways to observe them in the wild. If you'd like, bring a small flashlight along to help with the experience. This program welcomes all ages and is designed for families curious about nocturnal wildlife. The outing runs for about an hour and a half, so plan for a comfortable evening of walking and listening.
