Leave the Leaves Hike
Guided nature hike exploring fall foliage and ecosystem at FASN/Nature Realm.
Join a guided walk along the scenic 1.3-mile Seneca Trail to explore the natural life thriving in fallen leaves. This hike gives families a chance to investigate what creatures make their homes in leaf litter and learn why leaving leaves in your yard actually benefits local wildlife. It's a hands-on way to understand how small ecosystem choices make a real difference in your own backyard.
This program is geared toward adults and runs for about an hour and a half. If you're curious about supporting wildlife in your area or just want to get outside and discover what's hiding beneath your feet during fall, this is a great opportunity. For questions about the hike, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (open Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.).
