Kinderealm: Sleeping Seeds

Kinderealm: Sleeping Seeds

Nature exploration for the youngest learners about seeds and winter.

Join your preschooler for an hour-long nature exploration designed specifically for children ages 3 to 6. This program focuses on what seeds do during winter and how plants grow, tying in the excitement of spring's arrival. Each child should come with an adult caregiver to participate fully in the activities. The session includes a story, a hands-on craft project, and interactive activities to keep young learners engaged. If you have a child under 3, plan to arrange other care during this time—infants unable to stay in seats or strollers aren't a good fit for the program. You'll need to register in advance. For questions, contact the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.).
