Kinderealm: Happy Hibernators

This is a nature program designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups who want to learn about winter wildlife. During the one-hour session, children will hear a story about animals that sleep through the cold months, make a craft, and take a short walk to explore the snowy landscape. It's a hands-on way for young learners to discover hibernation and connect with the natural world. The program welcomes children ages 3 to 6, though organizers ask that parents arrange alternative care for infants who can't stay comfortably in strollers or car seats. Registration opened November 1st and is required to attend.
