Journey to Asia – a cultural event

Your family is invited to celebrate the rich cultures of Asia at this free community gathering hosted by Cleveland Public Library and Silk Road Cultural Collective. The afternoon features live performances showcasing traditional music and dance, martial arts demonstrations, Chinese acrobatics, and cultural displays including historical Hanfu clothing and handmade armor replicas. You'll also enjoy complimentary dim sum while exploring traditions from Chinese, Japanese, Persian, and broader Asian heritage. This event is designed to highlight Cleveland's vibrant Asian community and AsiaTown while bringing neighbors together for education and celebration. Registration is recommended and can be completed through the library's online calendar. For questions or more information, you can reach out to the Cleveland Public Library directly. Whether your kids are curious about different cultures or you're looking for a welcoming community event, this is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon together.
