Holiday Lantern Tour at Hale Farm & Village

You'll walk through a beautifully decorated 19th-century village by lantern light, stepping inside historic homes where costumed residents share Christmas stories and traditions from the Western Reserve era. It's a magical way to experience how families celebrated the holidays long ago. Tours depart every 20 minutes starting at 4:40 p.m., with each tour lasting around 90 minutes. Dress warmly, as you'll be outdoors on gravel and grass paths (roughly 0.85 miles) that may be uneven or muddy. Some buildings require climbing a few steps, so they're not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers. After your tour, warm up with seasonal refreshments and browse the Gatehouse Museum Store for handcrafted gifts and pottery made on-site.
