Hiking Spree Shield Assistance

Completed all eight trails as part of the Fall Hiking Spree? Bring your achievement to this event and let Summit Metro Parks volunteers attach your commemorative shield for you. It's a free service designed to celebrate your hiking accomplishment, even if you find that attaching the shield turns out to be trickier than the actual hiking! This is a casual drop-in experience welcoming hikers of all ages and abilities who've finished the spree challenge. Simply arrive during the scheduled window, and volunteers will be on hand to help you display your well-earned shield. It's a nice way to mark the completion of your outdoor adventure with support from the park staff.
