Guided Nature Walks: Prairietown Garden Walk

Take a leisurely walk through Prairietown with Mr. Armstrong, a knowledgeable gardener and local resident who loves nature. He'll lead your family along a wide, easy-to-navigate gravel path while sharing insights about the gardens and landscape. This is a relaxed, conversational experience perfect for families who enjoy spending time outdoors and chatting with costumed interpreters. All ages are welcome to join in. The walk follows a manageable route with several benches stationed along the way, so you can rest whenever you need a break. Since this program runs rain or shine, come prepared with sunscreen, hats, water, or whatever gear makes your family comfortable. Restrooms with accessible facilities are located in the Museum Experience Center where you'll meet your guide. Best of all, this guided walk is included free with your general admission to Conner Prairie, making it an easy addition to your visit.
