Friendship Club
Social skills and friendship building at Autism Society of Greater Akron.
The Friendship Club offers a welcoming space where children with autism and their caregivers can build connections in a judgment-free environment. Held on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10:30 a.m., this program is designed for kids ages 7–12. It's a great opportunity for families to engage with others who share similar experiences while giving children chances to develop social skills at their own pace.
This recurring group meets regularly throughout the year, so you can plan to attend on a schedule that works for your family.
