Friendship Club
Friendship Club social skills program at Autism Society of Greater Akron.
The Friendship Club offers a welcoming space where children with autism and their caregivers can build connections in a judgment-free environment. This recurring program meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10:30 a.m. and welcomes children ages 7 through 12. It's a great way for families to participate in social activities together while connecting with others who understand the unique experiences of raising a child on the autism spectrum.
For more information or to register, you can reach out to the Autism Society of Greater Akron directly at 330-929-7288 or visit their website. The welcoming atmosphere makes this an ideal opportunity for your child to practice social skills and friendships in a supportive setting alongside peers and caring adults.
