FamilySpace
Science and exploration activities for babies and families at Garfield Heights Branch Library.
FamilySpace is a welcoming program designed for the youngest learners and their caregivers. Babies and children from birth through age five can explore imaginative, hands-on play spaces filled with developmentally appropriate activities. Your child will have opportunities to practice social skills, counting, sorting, matching, and more through interactive materials and guided exploration.
Beyond just playtime, FamilySpace supports the whole family. Staff members are on hand to offer parents and caregivers concrete guidance and resources to help their children learn and grow. The program runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and nurtures resilience and confidence in a community-focused environment. It's a great option if you're looking for a structured yet playful way for your little one to develop new skills while you connect with other families.
