Drawing Outdoors

Join an outdoor drawing session at the Nature Center where you'll spend the morning capturing the natural surroundings on paper. This program welcomes artists of all skill levels, including complete beginners. Children need to have an adult with them throughout the activity. It's a great way to slow down and observe nature while developing your artistic skills in a peaceful outdoor setting. What to bring: your own drawing pad and pencils. The organizers recommend bringing a portable chair for comfort and a water bottle to stay hydrated during the two-hour program. Please note that if the weather turns bad, the program will be canceled. For any questions before you attend, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (they're available Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.).
