Dominic Moore-Dunson: Black by Nature

Experience a one-of-a-kind dance-theatre performance set along the scenic 1.2-mile Oxbow Trail. This world premiere, created by DANCECleveland, blends movement and live music as artist Dominic Moore-Dunson explores themes of healing, belonging, and identity within nature. An acoustic ensemble will perform an original jazz-influenced score featuring guitar, saxophone, trumpet, upright bass, and hand percussion—all performed live as you move through the trail. The performance invites reflection and creates moments for personal connection with both the art and the natural setting around you. This event welcomes all ages and is suitable for families looking for an engaging cultural experience outdoors. Registration is required and opens August 1st.
