Coffee With the Birds

Join a naturalist for an hour of bird-watching at Summit Lake. You'll have a chance to observe the birds that frequent the area while learning from an expert guide. Bring your own mug along with any questions you have about birds—the program organizers will supply hot beverages and share their birding knowledge to help you understand what you're seeing. This outing welcomes participants of all ages and is designed to be accessible to everyone. It's a relaxed way to spend a winter morning outdoors, combining the warmth of a hot drink with the enjoyment of observing local wildlife. If you have questions before attending, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (they're open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.).
