Christkindl Markt

The 53rd Annual Christkindl Markt brings a beloved holiday shopping tradition to downtown Canton. Over two days, more than 60 juried artists and exhibitors fill the Canton Museum of Art and the Great Court with handcrafted items perfect for gift-giving and seasonal decorating. You'll find jewelry, pottery, glass, metalwork, fiber art, woodworks, holiday décor, and much more—all created by fine artists from the region and beyond. Beyond shopping, there's plenty to enjoy as a family. The Christkindl Sweet Shoppe offers treats, and the Cultural Center Café is on-site for refreshments. Raffles and door prizes happen throughout the event, including a drawing for a $1,000 Andreas Furniture shopping spree. Admission is $10 at the door or $8 in advance (children 12 and under are free). Free parking is available in the museum and Cultural Center lots, with elevator access from the parking deck. This is a great outing for families looking to kick off the holiday season while supporting local artists.
