Campfire Open House

Bring your family for a festive afternoon of winter activities at the nature center. Kids can roast marshmallows over a campfire to make s'mores, try feeding chickadees by hand, and explore the trails with a self-guided scavenger hunt. Inside the warm nature center, everyone can enjoy hot chocolate and make a simple winter craft to take home. Weather permitting, snowshoes are available to borrow at no extra charge, adding another fun way to explore the grounds. This drop-in event welcomes families of all ages and requires no advance registration. It's a great way to get outside during the winter season while enjoying both outdoor activities and cozy indoor time.
