Beginning Reader Book Kits

Beginning Reader Book Kits gives families a chance to explore early chapter books together. At this event, children can check out the featured book for the month and take home a free kit packed with activities and reading suggestions to extend the fun at home. It's a great way to build reading confidence and discover new stories as a family. This program works well for children who are starting to read independently or are ready to move beyond picture books. Kits are available while supplies last, making it easy for parents to grab materials and get ideas for supporting their child's reading journey. It's a simple, no-pressure way to celebrate literacy and try something new.
