Baby & Toddler Storytime

Baby & Toddler Storytime is a library program designed for the youngest readers and their caregivers. A librarian leads an interactive session combining picture books, nursery rhymes, songs, and sometimes simple activities—all tailored to hold the attention of babies and toddlers. Kids sit with parents or guardians as the librarian reads aloud, encouraging participation through repetition and call-and-response. These sessions build early literacy skills, foster a love of books, and create a welcoming community space for families with very young children. It's a low-pressure, free-form introduction to the library and storytelling.
