Annual Trick or Treat Trail

Annual Trick or Treat Trail

Free outdoor trick-or-treat trail with games, crafts, music, and cider at Ben Franklin Community Garden.

Head to Ben Franklin Community Garden in Old Brooklyn for a free Halloween celebration that the whole family will enjoy. From 1 to 3 p.m., kids can make their way through a trick-or-treat trail that winds through the garden, stopping at treat stations run by local community organizations. Along the way, you'll find games, crafts, live music, and refreshments like popcorn and apple cider—all at no cost. The trail itself is accessible for different abilities: half follows a paved path while the other half uses a wood-chip trail through the back of the garden. Parking is available in the Ben Franklin Elementary School lot in front or on nearby streets. This event happens rain or shine, so bundle up if needed and come ready to collect treats and connect with neighbors in your community.
