Adaptive Theatre

This adaptive theatre class welcomes children ages 9–17 with special needs to participate in an interactive, creative program. Each weekly session runs for one hour and includes games, movement-based storytelling, improvisation, and role-playing activities designed to build confidence and strengthen social connections. Throughout the program, participants develop important skills like teamwork, communication, self-awareness, and decision-making while exploring self-expression and imagination in a supportive environment. The class series runs from September through mid-November, with a maximum of 10 students per session to ensure personalized attention. The full series costs $185 per student, though new participants can attend a free trial class first to see if it's a good fit. The program concludes with a group performance where students showcase what they've learned. It's a wonderful opportunity for kids to gain confidence through theatre while making meaningful connections with peers.
